officialsalary.com ("we", "the site") is a static informational website. This page explains what little we collect, what third parties may collect, and the choices you have.

Calculator inputs

The 401(k) and pre-tax benefit sliders run entirely in your browser. The values you choose are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and are not stored.

Server logs

The site is served from a content delivery network that records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and capacity purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to build profiles.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown a consent dialog before any advertising cookies are set. Analytics

We use privacy-preserving, aggregate page-view analytics provided by our hosting platform. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to certain processing. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
